Kate O'Malley is the owner and creator of Vagrants of the World Travel. Always an avid traveller for both work and pleasure, Kate left Australia in 2014 to travel the world with her partner Mark.

Kate created Vagrants of the World Travel (a tongue-in-cheek reference to their nomadic lifestyle) to share practical and helpful travel tips based on first-hand experience. To provide tips for visiting popular destinations and inspire people to explore beyond the typical tourist hot spots.

Kate, a passionate photographer, hopes to inspire people through her travel photography and has been published in magazines such as National Geographic.

After five years of full time travel, visiting more than 70 countries, Kate and Mark settled in Portugal but are still travelling and helping others plan incredible journeys.
